How can I return or exchange an item?Return & Exchange Policy: Unused, unworn, and unwashed items with tags attached may be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase date. Please email returns@indybabyco.com with your order number to begin your return or exchange.

When will my order ship?Orders typically ship 2-5 business days after purchase date. Please note that personalized orders may take up to 10 days to ship. Indy Baby is not responsible for delayed, lost, or change of address packages.
